How we store and secure the information
We use third party providers to host our Services and business systems on servers located in Australia. If you are a non-Australian resident, this means that your personal information will be transferred to Australia.
By providing information to us and our Services you consent to that information being hosted on servers located in Australia. We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
How we share the information
We may share the information with selected third parties that we are affiliated with in order to deliver, enhance, secure and analyse our Services.

We also reserve the right to access and/or disclose any information as required by courts or administrative agencies and to the extent necessary to permit us to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the Sites rules or policies, or the rights of third parties or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper.
How long we keep the information
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
